Me, Unfinished

That's what I've named my podcast. It doesn't exist yet, which feels appropriate.

I've spent twenty years solving hard problems at the intersection of psychology, design, and technology. What I keep noticing in organisations, in leaders, in myself, is that the interesting stuff is almost never the presenting problem. It's the missing piece. The thing underneath that everyone walked past because it was uncomfortable, or didn't fit the framework, or was just a bit weird.

That's what I talk about.

Not because I've arrived at the answers. Because I'm genuinely still in it, experimenting, getting it wrong, and occasionally finding something worth sharing from a stage.

The topics that obsess me are the ones that get left out of the serious conversations: what creativity actually is and how to find it in people. What happens to human minds when AI reshapes the world around them? What it actually takes to build courage deliberately. What femininity means when you've never quite fitted the expected version of it.

These aren't abstract interests. They're the places where my own experience got interesting.

Slightly weird. Increasingly comfortable with that.
